New Client Deposit Information

Because appointment demand is high and having seen an increase in the number of clients who fail to show for scheduled appointments, we now require new clients to make a $25 deposit to reserve an appointment

Surgical Procedure Deposit Information

Because appointment demand is high and having seen an increase in the number of clients who fail to show for scheduled appointments, we now require clients to make a $50 deposit to reserve an appointment for upcoming surgical or sedation procedures.

Our Deposit Policy

  • Deposits must be paid within 3 days of scheduling the appointment If a deposit is not received within this time frame, the appointment will be forfeited.
  • If an appointment is kept, the deposit will be applied to the visit total.
  • If an appointment is canceled with at least 48 hours notice, the deposit is fully refundable.
  • If an appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice or the client does not appear for the appointment, the deposit will be retained in full, as a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is not refundable and cannot be used for future services. An additional deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment.
